This is where in the part of the forum where you Introduce yourself to EVERYONE an explain yourself about what you like about Naruto or whatever anime you like an just say a nice welcome like this .......

EXAMPLE:

Hi, Thank you I'm new to the forum i hope i'll be able to get around the forum an have lots of fun an make friends while I'm on this forum i hope you'll enjoy my new stay into the forum an help out in the best way I can around the forum.
